The school warmly welcomed our former teacher, Mr. Mui, with open arms at the morning assembly on 27 September, 2010. Mr. Mui has lived in Canada with his family since his retirement in 1995 and he is staying in Hong Kong for a short visit at the moment. Mr. Mui has witnessed the growth and development of SFXC. Very few people know that he was responsible for organizing the first Athletics Meet of our school in 1967! He addressed the assembly and took the opportunity to express his appreciation of the students’ good behaviour. The assembly ended with the rousing three cheers and the school song led singing by Mr. Mui, whose visit has evoked a strong feeling of nostalgia and we all hope that he will return to Hong Kong for the celebration banquet for the 55th Anniversary of our school.
